We believe that a funeral does not have to be expensive to be good. We will always provide a meaningful experience that honors the story of a lifetime regardless of how much you spend.

2. We promise…to provide urgent care when your loved one passes.
Whether your loved one passes away in a home, hospital, or hospice we promise to always respond to your call as quickly as possible, typically within an hour or less. The Casey Care Team will bring them into our care and they will be taken directly to our secure Care Center.

3. We promise…you will have the opportunity for a private goodbye.
Immediate family members often want to see their loved one before the cremation or burial takes place. At Casey’s, we always provide time for a personal private goodbye either in our Care Center or in one of our beautiful visitation rooms.
4. We promise…your service can be as casual or formal as you like.
Funerals, like weddings, should be as casual or formal as you like. At Casey’s, we have had funerals that looked like a Hawaiian beach party, some that looked like a Sunday church service, and everything in between.
5. We promise…to always provide extra care for veterans and first responders.
They served our country and we are honored to serve them. We will always provide an upgraded funeral experience beginning with our Care Team, providing special memorial packages, and concluding with the branch of service color guard. We even provide a special discount to those who served.
6. We promise…to honor your culture and traditions.
The communities we serve are a blend of many cultures and traditions. Whereas most funeral homes serve one specific group, at Casey’s we are honored to serve all. We always honor and respect your unique traditions whether you call it a wake, funeral, home going, farewell party, or celebration of life.

Families often have a special request for our staff and might worry about imposing. Actually, honoring special requests is part of our core values. At Casey’s, nothing is out of the question and we always strive to exceed your expectation.
