Loving Husband, Brother and Uncle
WATERBURY – Thomas H. Hedman, age 74, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024, at Saint Mary’s Hospital after a brief illness. He was the husband of Patricia (Denihan) Hedman.
Tom was born April 28 th , 1949, in Waterbury, CT, the son of the late Edward and Ann (Dwyer) Hedman. He was a graduate of Crosby High School and was the owner/operator and proprietor of RV Parts and Electric in Waterbury for many years until his retirement. Tom was a long-time parishioner of Saint Francis Xavier Church and an active member of the Hopeville Neighborhood Association as well as the Ancient Order of Hibernians. Tom and his wife were also involved with many camping groups as Tom enjoyed camping and visiting many different campgrounds where he would always look forward to spending time with his family and many of his friends and fellow camping members. He will be greatly
missed by all who were blessed to know and love him.
Left to honor Tom's legacy and cherish his memory, beside his wife Patricia, are his sister, Margaret LeBeau as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his daughter, Marie Hedman.
Funeral services for Mr. Hedman will be held on Thursday, February 15th, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. at Saint Francis Xavier Church, 625 Baldwin St Waterbury. Those planning to attend are asked to meet directly at the church. Entombment will follow in Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Waterbury. There are no calling hours.
