Devoted father, brother, and grandfather
WATERBURY – Mr. Ronald Famiglietti, age 77 of Waterbury, passed away at Saint Mary’s Hospital on January 14, 2023.
Ronald was born on March 2, 1945, in Waterbury CT, the son of the late Rocco and Antoinette (Panasci) Famiglietti. He graduated from Crosby High School then went on to work as a factory worker before retiring from Pitney Bowes. When he was not working, Ronald enjoyed going to the movies and dining out with his family.
Left to honor his legacy and cherish his memory are his children, Stacey Famiglietti, R John (Jodi) Famiglietti, Thomas Famiglietti, and his granddaughter, Amanda. He also leaves his sister Sandra and her husband, Victor Taylor, sister-in-law, Linda Famiglietti, along with many nieces and nephew. Besides his parents, Ronald was predeceased by his sisters, Nina Simons and Josephine Wieszczecinski, twin brother Richard, nephew, Steven, and son, Robert Famiglietti.
Funeral services for Mr. Famiglietti will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2023. Relatives and friends may visit with his family at the Casey-O’Neill Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 742 Main St Oakville, CT 06779, from 9:30 a.m. until the service begins at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at Mount Olivet Cemetery in Watertown.
