Mr. Robert de Giverny

Robert E. de Giverny, born in Bennecourt, France, on April 26, 1944, passed away unexpectedly on July 29, 2025 in Lauderdale by the Sea, Florida, where he resided. He is survived by his 98 year old mother Nicole de Giverny, his husband Tony Gonzalez, and his cousins Yann Giverny, Anik de Giverny (husband John and daughter Lea Claflin), Marc de Giverny.

Robert was a devout family man and a great cook. Every holiday or occasion was celebrated with a fancy, delicious meal for family and friends. He will be remembered with love and dearly missed.

A private prayer service and burial will be held at the Mount Olivet cemetery in Watertown at 2pm on Friday August 8, 2025.
