Ramon Luis Garcia, age 64 of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on February 22nd 2024 at Saint Mary’s Hospital surrounded by his loving family after his 2-year battle with colon cancer. He was the devoted husband of Annette Garcia for 35 years.
