WATERBURY — It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mr. Peter Vincent Carroll share the news of his peaceful passing on Saturday, July 4, 2026, in the comfort of his home after spending many years courageously battling a long illness. He was the beloved husband of Mrs. Kathleen (Pierce) Carroll, with whom he shared 40 loving years.

Peter was born on August 14, 1957, in Waterbury, the son of the late former Waterbury Fireman John Carroll and Patricia (Scionti) Carroll. Peter graduated from Kaynor Tech where he excelled in autobody work for several years. He had a great talent and passion for this work and became well known for it around the Waterbury area. Peter also had great love for his family. His wife, daughter, and grandson were his greatest joys in life.

Left to honor his memory and cherish his legacy, beside his beloved wife, Kathleen, are his daughter, Heather Marie Carroll of Waterbury, and his five year old grandson Julien Rey. Peter also leaves behind several extended family members and friends. Besides his parents, Peter was predeceased by many of his siblings.

Funeral services for Mr. Carroll will be privately at the convenience of the family.
