Obituary

WATERBURY- It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that the family of Ms. Mary F. Ferrazzi, age 60 of Waterbury, shares the news of her passing on Wednesday, May 30, 2026 at UConn John Dempsey Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Mary was born on July 31, 1965 in Waterbury Connecticut, the beloved daughter of Louise (Valentino) Ferrazzi and the late Felix Ferrazzi. She graduated from Wilby High School and later earned her associate degree in Accounting from Naugatuck Valley Community College. Throughout her life, Mary held various jobs, with her most recent position being at Walmart. Known for her crafty spirit, she found joy in painting, completing puzzles, and cherishing the company of her beloved cats—Thumbs, Patches, and Gumby.

Above all, Mary treasured the moments spent with her family. Her unwavering love, kindness, and warmth will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Left to honor and cherish her memory, are her daughter: Amber Ferrazzi from Waterbury and her brother: Matthew Ferrazzi and his wife Dana from Plymouth. She also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family members and beloved friends.
