It is with a heavy heart that we announce the departure of Mario Franco on the evening of September,18,2023, to the arms of our heavenly father. Mario De Jesús Franco, beloved father, husband grandfather and son born in the Dominican Republic and raised in the Lower East Side Manhattan New York, Mario was known for his loving and kind heart to others. Mario loved to spend time with family and friends and always loved to keep the people he loved laughing. Mario is survived by his mother Lucila Franco Hernandez and father Ramon Antonio Franco his brother Demetrio Franco, his sister Iluminada Franco (Lumi) his wife Antonia Franco, Son Anthony Franco, Dauly Franco and daughter Janexis Franco, granddaughter’s Jacely Mitchell and Lilyanna Franco several niece and nephews and extended families.
