WATERBURY - It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Mrs. Linda A. (Toth) Spero, age 68, of Waterbury, shares the news of her passing on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 in the comfort of her home. She was the beloved wife of Mr. Mark F. Spero, to whom she was married for 38 loving years.

Linda was born on February 27, 1958, in Norwalk, Connecticut, the beloved daughter of the late Louis and Ellen (Broadhurst) Toth. Linda found joy in exercising and loved going for regular walks, which provided her with moments of peace and reflection. Her creativity flourished through her pottery, where she crafted beautiful pieces that often held special meaning for her gifts to others. A gifted cook, she had an innate ability to bring people together through her delicious meals, which were often accompanied by laughter and stories shared at the table. Above all, Linda cherished her husband, Mark, finding in him a source of love and support that enriched her life’s journey.

Left to honor and cherish her memory, beside her cherished husband, are her brothers; Danny Toth and Paul Toth both of Norwalk, as well as many nieces and nephews, extended family members, and friends. Besides her parents, Linda was predeceased by her brother, Louis Toth Jr.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Spero will be held privately at the convenience of her family.
