WATERBURY – Joyce Anne Graham, age 68, of Waterbury, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 11, 2026, at Beacon Brook Health Center. She was the widow of Joseph Frettes.

Joyce was born on December 04, 1957, in Waterbury, CT, the daughter of the late George and Gertrude (Nichols) Graham. She was a graduate of Crosby High School and went on to work at General Data Company. Joyce had a fiery spirit that lit up every room she entered. She had a deep love for animals and a passion for traveling with her husband, creating countless unforgettable memories along the way. Many will fondly remember her vibrant role as Mrs. Claus during the holiday season, where she brought joy and cheer alongside her husband, embodying the true spirit of the holidays.

Joyce leaves behind her brothers; James and his wife, Barbara Graham, and Robert Graham, nieces and nephews: Steven, Bridget, Bernadette, Emily, and Christopher. She also leaves her stepdaughters: Mandy and Jenny, dearest friends: Debbie Rinaldi, Anna Civarelli, Regina Bush, Sarah Beth Snow, and Marie Morgan as well as several cousins, extended family and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to visit the Graham family on Friday, March 20, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am at Casey’s Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care,1987 East Main Street, Waterbury. A funeral service will begin at 11:30 am at the funeral home. Burial will be held privately at the convenience of her family.
