WATERBURY — It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mrs. Jean L. (Garceau) Clark shares the news of her peaceful passing on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, at Cheshire House. She was the beloved widow of Mr. Kenneth H. Clark Sr.

Jean was born on August 26, 1946, in Waterbury, the daughter of the late John and Marion (Higham) Garceau. Left to cherish her memory and honor her legacy are her children; Roberta Brodesser and her husband Heinz of Ellenton, Florida and Robert (Drew) Rizzuti and his wife Jean of Naugatuck, her grandchildren; Shannon (Swenor) Caron and her husband Nate, Samantha (Swenor) Spontak and her husband Christopher, Teddy Swenor, Danielle Place, Jessica Place, RJ Rizzuti, Bella Rizzuti, and Olivia Rizzuti, her great-grandchildren; Kennedy Caron, Lena Spontak, and Roman Moore, and her special, cherished niece; Lois Rizzuti. Besides her parents and beloved husband, Jean was predeceased by her daughter, Lynn Armington (Rizzuti).

Funeral services for Jean will be held privately at the convenience of the family.
