WATERBURY – Ms. Christine Iaiennaro, age 59, of Waterbury, CT, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Saturday, January 7th, 2023.
Chrissy was born December 19th, 1963 in Waterbury CT, the daughter of the late Joseph and Barbara (Sampt) Iaiennaro. She was a lifelong resident of Waterbury and graduated from Crosby High School as the school valedictorian. Christine spent many years working as a Clerk in the City of Waterbury’s Tax office and enjoyed volunteering at the Waterbury Food Pantry, where she enjoyed helping others in need. She also had a love for animals and was always happiest while spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews whom she truly adored.
Left to cherish her memory and honor her legacy are her siblings; Michael Iaiennaro and his wife, Maria of Waterbury, Joseph Iaiennaro and his wife, Marge of Southbury, and Lisa Morris and her husband, John of Plymouth. She also leaves many nieces and nephews; Kristina Calo and her husband Robert, Kathryn Mucciacciaro and her husband Roberto, Marissa Morehouse and her husband Jason, Alison and Brittany Iaiennaro, and Nicole Morris. She also leaves behind her great nieces and nephews who brought her the utmost joy.
A Memorial Gathering for Ms. Iaiennaro will be held on Friday, January 13th 2023 from 5-6 p.m. at Casey’s Eastside Memorial Funeral Home & Cremation Care, 1987 East Main Street, Waterbury. Burial will be held privately and at the convenience of her family.
