BORN IN PONCE PUERTO RICO

WATERBURY – Carlos Rafael Pagan Jr, age 63, of Waterbury, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, January 30th, 2024, at Saint Mary’s Hospital after a brief illness.

Carlos was born November 17th, 1960, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, the son of Carlos Rafael Pagan Sr and Milagros Rivera. Left to honor his legacy and cherish his memory are his children Carlos Omar Pagan, Carlos Rafael Pagan, Karla Pagan, and Caroline Pagan, all of South Carolina. He also leaves numerous brothers and sisters as well as many extended family members and friends.

A Memorial Service for Mr. Pagan will be held on Friday, February 2nd, 2024, at 7:00 pm at Casey’s Eastside Memorial Funeral Home and Cremation Care, 1987 East Main St., Waterbury, Relatives and friends may visit with Carlos’s family from 5:00 pm until the start of the service at 7:00.
