WATERBURY – It is with heavy hearts and profound sadness that the family of Anne Goggin (Farris) Carey, age 94, of Waterbury, announces her peaceful passing on March 16th 2026 at The Apple Rehabilitation Center in Avon after an extended illness. She was the widow of Thomas Carey.

Born on April 23, 1931, Anne was the second of five children to the late Michael and Margaret (Hussey) Goggin, who immigrated from County Kerry, Ireland.
