REMEMBERING AND HONORING THE LIFE OF ANDREW PHELAN.
WATERBURY - Andrew Phelan, age 75 , of Waterbury, passed away at Abbott Terrace on Tuesday, April 26, 2022.
Andrew was born January 30, 1947 to the late Gordon and Gladys Phelan. He was a grauate of Crosby High School and then went on to become a land surveyor for many years. Andrew loved the outdoors, and growing a big beautiful garden in front of his home in middlebury. He loved fix things when they needed repair. Andrew loved his two dogs named Casear and CeCe, who brought a smile to his face all the time.
Andrew is survived by his good friend Krystal Dagostino and his friends from the nursing home where he had lived for many years. He was predeceased by his parents along with his stepsister.
All services for Mr.Phalen will be held privately.
