WATERBURY - Victor Rodriguez Jr., age 51 of Waterbury, passed away on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 at St. Marys Hospital. He was the husband of Dawn Rodriguez.
Victor was born on June, 5th 1968 in Waterbury, CT the son of Victor Sr. and Carmen
(Cruz) Shoaib. He attended local schools and worked for over 16 years as a dispatcher for Campion Ambulance Service. Victor was a dedicated, loving man who enjoyed taking trips to the casino; and above all else, he was a committed, family man. He lived life to the fullest through the simple pleasures with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who had the privilege to know and love him.
Left to remember, cherish, and honor Victor's love and legacy besides his wife of 14 years and his parents, are his daughter, Khaiya Velez of Waterbury; his sisters, Glenda Rodriguez of Waterbury, Vanessa Rodriguez of Waterbury, and Ashley Rodriguez of Orange Park, FL; his brother, Ramiro Rodriguez Jr. of Waterbury, Jesus Rodriguez of Waterbury, as well as, several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services for Mr. Rodriguez will be held on Monday, August 19, 2019 at 11:00
a.m. at Casey's Eastside Memorial Funeral Home 1987 East Main St. @ Southmayd Rd Waterbury. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends may visit with Victor's family on Monday morning from 9 a.m. until the start of the service at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home.
