NAUGATUCK - Linda L. (Lanouette) Langhans, age 77, of Naugatuck, passed away peacefully on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at Waterbury Hospital with friends and family by her side. She was the widow of Russell Langhans.
Linda was born on September 30, 1944 in Waterbury, CT., the daughter of the late Marion (Hunter) and Alfred Lanouette. She graduated from Naugatuck High in 1962 and for over 30 years, Linda was employed at U.S.P.S in Waterbury, CT where she made many lifelong friends. In addition to her work at USPS, she worked at Seven Angels Theatre. Over the years, Linda got to meet many talented actors and musicians. Consistent with her love of music, she was able to attend many concerts ranging from Cher and Tina Turner, to Kid Rock.
Linda was predeceased by her sister, Marilyn Marschall. Linda leaves 7 nieces and nephews, cousins, and an inordinate amount of friends to both mourn her loss and cherish her memory.
A Memorial Service will be held in the Spring when friends and family can gather safely. The date will be announced publicly and will be listed on the funeral home website when confirmed.
